ActionLink is in search of a proactive and skilled Full-Time Temporary Traveling Reset Merchandising Team Lead/Supervisor. In this pivotal role, you will manage and orchestrate merchandising activities across multiple retail sites. Your leadership will guide a team of merchandisers, ensuring that all projects are executed with efficiency and adhere to the highest quality standards.

As a leading provider of retail merchandising solutions, we specialize in the electronics sector, collaborating with major electronics retailers to optimize store layouts and product presentations, thereby enhancing customer experiences and boosting sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Direct and mentor a team of reset merchandisers, offering training and support to guarantee successful project outcomes.
  • Project Management: Strategically plan and coordinate reset initiatives, including scheduling, resource management, and logistics.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all merchandising resets comply with safety regulations and client requirements.
  • Travel Requirements: Travel frequently to designated retail locations to oversee the complete execution of assigned reset projects.
  • Effective Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with clients, store managers, and team members.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively address and resolve any challenges that arise during reset projects, ensuring minimal disruption to store operations.
  • Reporting Duties: Provide regular updates and reports on project status, team performance, and any encountered challenges.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Compensation: $62-68K plus travel allowances.
  • W2 employment with a biweekly pay schedule and direct deposit.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in new store setups, remodels, or retail merchandising, with some supervisory experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, coupled with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and adapt to a flexible full-time schedule, including late nights, early mornings, and weekends as necessary.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and perform physical tasks as required.
  • Access to essential hand tools and a personal smartphone with high-speed internet.
  • Possession of a reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and current vehicle insurance.
