About the Role:

The Zone Merchandising Lead is a key member of the At Home team, responsible for supporting merchandising efforts in designated zones and maintaining an active selling culture. This role ensures that all visual aspects are set and upheld to documented company standards, driving sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports all aspects of visual merchandising processes, including planning, transitions, and resets, while maintaining visual integrity and a neat, clean, organized environment.
  • Oversees task management, planning, and executing daily and weekly workloads, and assigned tasks in partnership with the Zone Manager to deliver on visual merchandising, department, and store sales goals.
  • Processes freight and stocks designated areas, including down stocking and end cap maintenance, while maintaining a neat, clean, organized zone.
  • Serves as a role model and coach in all areas related to visual merchandising experience, providing continuous learning opportunities to team members.
  • Reviews store financial and business data from the store scorecard, including sales and expenses, and acts within assigned zones to improve metrics.
  • Maintains a neat, clean, organized zone, ensuring the store is always up to date with current signing and sets.

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years old.
  • High School Diploma/Equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. or team lift 100 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret visual merchandising presentations.
  • Reliable and trustworthy role model for ethical and honest behavior.
  • Creates a sense of urgency and promotes teamwork, delegation, and motivation.
