The Sr. People Operations Generalist is essential to help with our next phase of growth. You will help us build and operate our People systems, processes and practices to support our employees by driving operational efficiency and contributing to a positive employee experience.

What we're looking for:

  • Manage employee and contingent worker life cycle processes including onboarding and offboarding programs
  • Engaging directly with new hires, organizing employee orientations, tracking tasks progress and maintaining our HRIS
  • Provide a consistent, high quality employees experience while prioritizing data accuracy and confidentiality in all your work
  • Help improve and maintain US compliance activities
  • Administer US benefits program including Open Enrollment and Leaves of Absence
  • Assist with the design and execution of our annual company gatherings
  • Manage Swag orders for new hires and events
  • Proactively identify issues and continuously improve our HR operations
  • Collaborate with Finance on payroll support as needed
  • Create robust and user friendly documentation for up to date employee resources
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as needed

Who you are:

  • 4+ years of experience, preferably working in a startup environment
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Outstanding knowledge of GSuite; HRIS systems (e.g. BambooHR) will be a plus
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Enthusiasm for operational improvements
  • Ability to balance priorities and good judgment
