We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Communications to lead the communications efforts for our Studio Operations team at Electronic Arts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a unified communications strategy that strengthens collaboration, ensures consistent messaging, and builds a stronger, more recognizable brand for Studio Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Communications Strategy: Create a comprehensive communications plan that aligns with the goals and objectives of Studio Operations, and ensures consistent messaging across all teams and departments.
  • Lead Communications Team: Establish and lead a central communications team dedicated to developing and sharing the story of Studio Operations, and ensure that all communications are effective and engaging.
  • Foster Collaboration and Information Sharing: Reduce friction points and improve communication practices across different teams, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to the information they need to succeed.
  • Establish Unified Identity: Create a clear and consistent brand identity for Studio Operations, making it easier for partners and stakeholders to recognize and engage with the team.
  • Improve Communication Effectiveness: Ensure that the right messages reach the right audiences at the right times, and that all communications are aligned with the goals and objectives of Studio Operations.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: 12+ years of experience in a senior communications role, preferably within a large organization.
  • Creative Mindset: Ability to create compelling stories and messages that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong understanding of branding and audience targeting, with the ability to develop and implement effective communications strategies.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams, and to lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
