Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accuracy of invoicing for revenue earned from rail operations.
  • Build relationships through exceptional customer service.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for billing and payment remittance.
  • Utilize analytical tools to identify trends in traffic, invoices, and payments.
  • Resolve disputes by collaborating with internal departments and other railroads.
  • Provide detailed updates to the Management team regarding customers' accounts.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities guided by the management team.

Benefits:
  • Starting salary of $66,000 with bonus eligibility during training.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
