Key Responsibilities

TK Elevator is looking for a knowledgeable Senior Financial Analyst I to join our team.

Your role will involve:

  • Managing the complete reporting and analytics process to support North American Sales across all lines of business, including New Installation, Modernization, and Service.
  • Building strong partnerships with stakeholders in the US and Canada, becoming a trusted expert in sales performance metrics.
  • Overseeing a portfolio of reports and dashboards to provide timely insights for informed business decisions.
  • Delivering insights for relevant transformation initiatives as directed by the business.
  • Collaborating with Area Sales and Finance Leadership to provide necessary financial insights and updates.
  • Assisting in budget and forecast activities related to Order Intake.
  • Developing forward-looking KPIs to assess and drive performance across various lines of business.
  • Identifying performance issues and coordinating corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
  • Supporting the monthly close process by gathering inputs, conducting variance analyses, and refining forecasts.
  • Executing ad hoc reporting and analyses as required by senior leadership, including support for high-visibility projects.
  • Representing the North American Sales Organization in collaborations with Global Finance and Sales Teams.
  • Playing a vital role in forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning cycles.
  • Providing trend analysis for HR partners during incentive compensation reviews for sales teams.
  • Driving continuous improvement and standardizing workflows to meet business needs.
  • Maintaining current knowledge of relevant IT systems and processes.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial reporting, analytics, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Familiarity with industrial business models and financial performance metrics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on solution-oriented analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis.
  • Experience with financial reporting software such as SAP, Oracle, or EPM Cloud.
  • A solid understanding of accounting principles, including GAAP and IFRS.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with executives.
  • A high degree of initiative and ownership of projects.
  • Emotional intelligence and critical thinking abilities.
