Job Overview:

The Credit Risk Analyst plays a pivotal role in assisting Wholesale bankers and Credit Risk Managers in evaluating client credit exposures and analyzing industry-related risks and trends. This position involves conducting comprehensive credit evaluations based on borrower-provided information, publicly accessible data, and assessing the borrower's financial needs and repayment capabilities across various products, adhering to established credit standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate closely with bankers and Credit Risk Managers to assess client credit risks and industry trends.
  2. Prepare detailed analyses of client financial statements, including historical and projected performance, business strategies, capital structures, and supplementary information from diverse sources.
  3. Conduct periodic servicing reviews and engage in the risk rating verification process, collaborating with bankers on risk rating adjustments.
  4. Perform timely reviews and analyses of covenant compliance.
  5. Assist Credit Risk Managers in monitoring the receipt of current and sufficient financial statements.
  6. Complete financial spreads and ensure proper documentation is uploaded to internal systems.
  7. Analyze traditional commercial lending, commercial real estate lending, leveraged financing, and cash flow lending as applicable.
  8. Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies in all transactions and processing.
  9. Prepare documentation for loan discussions, approvals, and committee presentations as directed by Credit Risk Managers.
  10. Support bankers with complex client accounts and identify credit-worthy prospects during the cross-selling process.
  11. Under the guidance of senior staff, engage in various developmental assignments and contribute to innovation and efficiency improvements.
  12. Participate in special projects as needed.

All team members are expected to be vigilant regarding risks within their functional areas, adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, laws, and regulations. Any known or suspected violations should be reported promptly to the appropriate company authority.
