Purpose of Role

WORKPLACE EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR

The Workplace Experience Coordinator provides workplace services and administrative support to increase teammate well-being, personal productivity, and organizational effectiveness. Connects teammates to their environment through high-touch services and world-class customer service support. As part of a "front-of-house" team, the Workplace Experience Coordinator is responsible for creating a supportive and comfortable atmosphere by welcoming visitors and supporting all employee-facing services. Visible, mobile, main point of contact, always available presence in the workspace with an emphasis in establishing trusting relationships with Teammates. Walk the space and be visible throughout the day to communicate with building staff, gather their feedback, and actively assist them with their needs effectively with considerable use of tact, diplomacy, and courtesy.

COORDINATOR VENUE OPERATIONS

The Venue Operations Coordinator is a key link in the chain for on campus collaboration, sales meetings, brand immersion, and teammate engagement. By managing the booking, setup, and environment of our most highly sought-after venues, the Venue Operations Professional will be the connective tissue between people and space at our Global Headquarters. In addition to being organized and analytical, they must possess strong business judgment and communication skills. This teammate will be an organized customer service specialist who takes pride in seeing things run smoothly and efficiently. They will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the highest standards of excellence They will bring enthusiasm, dedication, and a collaborative spirit to operate and maintain Under Amour's Corporate Headquarters venues.

Your Impact

WORKPLACE EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR

  • Provides coordination and administrative support for delivery of Workplace Services. Services include, but are not limited to: Teammate Perks, Reception, Phone Operation, Visitor Management, Email Coverage, Conference & Meeting Room Management, Event Support, Parking & Transportation, Shred Services, Office Supply Management, Moves, Adds, Changes, Space Reset, A/V Operation Support, Work Order Requests, Workplace Experience Application support, Tours, Assist with Vendors, Purchasing of Supplies.
  • Ensure all aspects of Workplace are clean, well-stocked, fully operational, and available to teammates and visitors
  • Be aware of and prepare for major events, workplace changes, visits, presentations, etc. Ensure smooth-running operations.
  • Utilize and maintain integrity of databases and other digital tools associated with service delivery, as requested.
  • Assists with light duty adjustments such as adjusting monitor arms, tightening screws on chairs, and crawling under desks to adjust cables.
  • Attend move meetings and assist in coordinating moves with internal client contacts.
  • Responds to customer requests and complaints regarding Workplace Experience services.
  • Maintains relationships with vendors that provide concierge services and office supplies to the office. Ensures all vendors used have current proof of insurance and contractual documentation in place, per requirements.
  • Upon request, facilitate tours for VIPs & visitors.
  • Know and be able to implement safety plans, i.e. fire and emergency plans, reinforce work environment etiquette.

COORDINATOR VENUE OPERATIONS

  • Oversight of all reservations associated with global headquarters venue spaces (40,000 SF of studios, basketball arena, outdoor promenade, H&H Cheer, H&H B37, Cheer Parking Lot, Odyssey Theatre, and Under Armour Stadium)
  • Responsible for collecting run of show, providing on site facility support for events in Cheer Studios.
  • Responsible for event set-up and break down in all global venue spaces
  • Maintain inventory of venue supplies including tables, chairs, fixtures, mannequins, event supplies, and signage.
  • Provide communication with HVAC management for all venue spaces in Cheer and Odyssey theatre
  • Must develop competency in operation of AV Systems in venues for which position is assigned, including the Digital Studios and UA Stadium video board and PA.
  • Help troubleshoot any AV needs and assist in kicking off select meetings and events in Studios, H&H, and Arena
  • Maintain pod inventory and team communication
  • Maintain mannequin inventory for both B37 and Tide Point campuses
  • POC for all facility related needs for large-scale events being hosted in any venue space
  • Maintain studio closet inventory and teammate usage
  • Manage Outlook venue space reservations for all venue spaces
  • Manage Qualtrics intake form associated with each reservations
  • Transfer all venue space reservations to Clipboard and manage event details for team oversight and assistance
  • Provide assistance in field event reservations including maintaining reservations through Sharepoint, set-up, break-down, and event oversight
  • Providing direction to seasonal temp labor and/or externship teammates
  • Completing work order related to temporary furniture set ups
Qualifications

WORKPLACE EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR

  • Typically requires 2 - 4 years of prior relevant experience with a high school diploma.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to build effective working relationships
  • Ability to manage time effectively based on daily schedule
  • Valid Driver's License required

COORDINATOR VENUE OPERATIONS

  • Typically requires 2 - 4 years of prior relevant experience with a high school diploma.
  • Must be able to physically lift or move up to 35 pounds
  • Significant amount of walking, bending, twisting, and moving materials
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to manage time effectively based on daily schedule
  • Must be detail oriented, people person, able to prioritize tasks and able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment to fulfill the responsibilities of the role and group
  • Ability to build effective relationships with service vendors and property management
  • Communicate effectively with all key stakeholders such as business units, IT, CRE, and Events

Base Compensation

$ $29.92 USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
