Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit 30 new associates monthly to meet specific growth targets.
  • Utilize business consulting, innovative training, and Keller Williams technology to attract productive associates.
  • Engage with top-performing associates monthly to enhance company revenue and meet profitability goals.
  • Encourage attendance and participation in company classes, events, and training programs to enhance overall engagement.
  • Lead weekly accountability sessions, set expectations, and provide support to the team.
  • Develop a comprehensive training schedule for associates focusing on innovative skills.
  • Oversee the Associate Leadership Council to continually improve productivity and profitability.
  • Monitor and share key performance metrics with the leadership team regularly.
  • Conduct competitive research and develop marketing strategies for a competitive advantage.
  • Actively promote and uphold the Keller Williams Culture, ensuring alignment with company values.
  • Effectively utilize the Command platform and Keller Williams' marketing and technology resources for optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain proactive communication within the team.
  • Participate in designated training and events to enhance professional development.
  • Engage in ongoing reading and professional development.
  • Undertake various projects as assigned by leadership.
