Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Property Manager to oversee our real estate operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various property-related activities and transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of real estate transactions.
  • Engage and inform prospective tenants.
  • Address and resolve tenant issues effectively.
  • Enhance and upgrade properties to maximize investment returns.
  • Ensure timely processing of all maintenance requests and work orders.
  • Lead and mentor property management staff.
  • Uphold property regulations and ensure compliance with local and state laws.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management.
  • Strong understanding of real estate contracts and leasing agreements.
  • Proven ability to establish rapport with tenants, demonstrating excellent customer service.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

Compensation: $55,000-70,000 annually, plus bonuses.
