Join a distinguished legal practice with a rich legacy of over five decades in serving esteemed organizations and enterprises. We are currently in search of a skilled Real Estate Paralegal to enhance our vibrant real estate department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Examine surveys, title commitments, and exception documents meticulously.
  • Compose title objection letters and responses; monitor title and survey concerns.
  • Draft essential documents for real estate, financing, and construction projects, including purchase agreements, leases, loan documentation, and construction contracts.
  • Prepare supplementary real estate transaction documents such as escrow instructions, deeds, and closing certificates.
  • Assist in various transactions related to real estate, lending, construction, and leasing.
  • Draft resolutions and formation documents for corporations, LLCs, and partnerships; file necessary formation documents with relevant jurisdictions.
  • Maintain comprehensive entity files and aid in compliance matters.
  • Evaluate entity structures for adherence to the Corporate Transparency Act.
  • Summarize legal documents for attorney assessment.
  • Support attorneys in addressing daily challenges and commercial dealings.
  • Conduct thorough legal due diligence, including UCC, judgment, and lien searches.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to adhere to deadlines effectively.
  • Maintain detailed spreadsheets to monitor transactions and agreements.
  • Assist in managing the closing process, including document organization and communication with involved parties.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a transactional paralegal.
  • Preferred experience in real estate, particularly in title and survey examination.
