Qualifications
Specialized Experience:
A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower NNSA Demonstration Project Pay Band level in the Federal service, (i.e., NQ-03 or GS-13).
Specialized experience for this position is defined as experience providing expert technical, analytical, and management advice, within the context of program management, operations, budget execution, and initiatives to senior management.
Examples of Specialized Experience:
Experience developing and implementing innovative and substantive solutions to improve efficiency and mitigate risk and provide guidance and advice to senior managers to enable mission results. Experience serving as a subject matter expert in the budget execution and funds distribution process. Experience developing and implementing solutions to complex budget execution issues, financial performance to inform decision makers.
