RAYUS Radiology, formerly Center for Diagnostic Imaging and Insight Imaging, is looking for a Fleet Service and Repair Specialist to join our team. Come join us and shine brighter together As a Fleet Service and Repair Specialist, you will assist customers with service-related issues. Troubleshoot and diagnose trailer related issues related to AC, Hydraulic ad Electrical systems over the telephone to determine failure cause. Tracks and assists in tracking service calls and service-related activities and administrative functions.

This is a full-time, remote position working Monday-Thursday, 12:00pm-11:00pm.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

(95%) Service Calls

  • Accept incoming service calls
  • Evaluates, diagnoses, and dispatch phone calls to or from customers and vendors
  • Researches, creates, and maintains repair vendor contact listing
  • Review Environmental Monitoring devices throughout the day to diagnose and repair issues before they are known to the customer
  • Fiscally responsible for authorizing and issuing purchase orders for repairs
  • Troubleshoot AC, Hydraulic and Electrical systems over the telephone to determine failure cause
  • Schedules vendors to facilitate repairs as needed
  • Escalates service issues appropriately to field and corporate support team
  • Track service resolution via software
  • Communicate on-going repair steps with customer and mobile team
  • Communicate resolution with the Customer and the mobile Team
  • Tracks each trailer's service history with company service software
  • Draws on own previous experience and technical knowledge to make informed decision when diagnosing and troubleshooting trailer service issues

(5%) Performs other duties as assigned

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years troubleshooting and repairing Medical Trailers - Fleet maintenance and transportation practices related to tractors and trailers
  • Minimum of 2 Years troubleshooting AC, Hydraulic and Electrical systems
  • Knowledge of DOT Hours of Service (HOS) guidelines
  • Experience with MS Office Suite

Preferred:

  • Experience with SMART Sheet
  • Minimum of 5 years working on Medical Trailers
  • Minimum of 5 Years troubleshooting AC, Hydraulic and Electrical systems
