Position Overview:
Park Nicollet Health Services is seeking a dedicated Nutritional Support Specialist to enhance our team. Join us in our mission to positively influence the care and experiences of our patients and their families every day.

Role Responsibilities:
The Nutritional Support Specialist will be responsible for addressing the dietary requirements of patients promptly. Key responsibilities include:
1. Ensuring accurate and appropriate meal preparations, including nourishments and tube feedings.
2. Managing communication related to dietary orders, including processing phone messages and computer entries.
3. Engaging with patients upon their admission to discuss preselected menus.
4. Modifying patient menus to align with the dietary prescriptions provided by physicians.
5. Identifying patients who require nutritional guidance and support.

Work Schedule:
This position is part-time, with a commitment of 20 hours per week, primarily during evening shifts, with variable start times and weekend availability.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree in a relevant field.
