Seattle + Eastside Property Manager For Single-Family Homes And Condos.

A boutique real estate firm in Seattle's SoDo neighborhood is seeking a Property Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of residential properties We're refining the role of PM to essentially do one thing:

LOVE on our Owner Clients You will oversee a growing number of single-family homes, townhomes, and condos throughout Seattle and the Eastside.

You will be responsible Owner communications, and working with our Resident Care Coordinator to make sure homes get leased, work orders get handled, and everyone feels heard and happy We are a very collaborative team, and have a lot of fun figuring out ways to better serve our clients.


Responsibilities:

Priority #1:
Love on our clients

  • Work with team lead on meeting new owners
  • Onboard new property owners
  • Coordinate property maintenance and repairs with vendors
  • Perform market analysis for property owners
  • Execute lease renewals
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance and improve processes Qualifications:

About You:

You are an energetic, ambitious person with a reservoir of patience and empathy to assist clients through thick and thin.

You are organized and enjoy working in systems.

You are an excellent communicator in written and spoken interactions with everyone - whether a vendor, owner, tenant, or prospective tenant.

You are humble, open-minded, and looking to grow personally and professionally Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Excellent communication:
written and verbal

  • A desire to grow personally and professionally Preferences:
  • 2+ years of customer service experience; prior administrative experience or experience in property and real estate management
  • Previous experience with property management software, such as Buildium, and previous experience with project management software, such as Asana, is a plus Compensation: $70,000+ yearly
