Job Overview:

The Floating Community Manager plays a crucial role in providing on-site management assistance across various multifamily properties within our portfolio. This position requires a flexible and resourceful individual capable of effectively overseeing properties, addressing resident inquiries, and ensuring seamless operations across multiple locations. The Floating Manager will step in for Property Managers during their absence and support special projects as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance apartment listings for available units.
  • Conduct property tours with prospective residents and complete traffic documentation.
  • Maintain regular communication with current tenants and gather feedback for improvements.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team for repairs and upkeep.
  • Perform pre-vacancy and pre-move-in inspections.
  • Manage move-ins and move-outs, rent collection, and processing of rental documentation.
  • Prepare outgoing property performance reports.
  • Issue legal notices and maintain comprehensive records and files.
  • Develop a supplies consumption plan and oversee the prudent use of all supplies.
  • Oversee daily building operations.

The ideal candidate will be a responsible, detail-oriented professional with strong time management abilities and excellent communication skills, focused on customer service.

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least two years of experience in property management.
  • Proficient in productivity software, including M.S. Office 365 and Google Workspace.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • A collaborative team player and quick learner.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Availability to work on Saturdays is preferred.
  • Experience with the MFTE program.
  • Familiarity with Yardi is preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related fields is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: $49,920 - $62,400 + Bonus + Benefits
