The Role

The Digital Product team leads the product strategy, delivery and operations for Wyndham Hotels & Resorts' Digital Channels including the brand websites, mobile app, loyalty, franchise administration (Wyndham Community) and customer relationship management (CRM) solutions. The team works closely with the business and IT teams to evolve business needs across the globe into technology solutions that are delivered through the IT Roadmap.

As a Full Stack Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and implementation of digital solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for directing a team of developers, architects, and analysts to deliver high-quality, scalable, and performance-driven solutions, as well as providing production support activities to ensure the ongoing success of our projects.

What you'll do
  • Lead the end-to-end development and implementation of digital solutions leveraging Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for front-end development.
  • Collaborating with Architects and designing scalable and maintainable solutions that integrate with Adobe Suite products including Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Launch.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, backend developers, and project managers to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with mobile app development teams to ensure seamless integration with backend systems and APIs.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in digital experience platforms, front-end development, and cloud services.
  • Drive optimization efforts to improve site performance, user experience, and conversion rates through data-driven insights and experimentation.
  • Utilize AWS Lambda and other cloud services to develop serverless applications and integrations as needed.
  • Provide production support activities including monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues to ensure the ongoing stability and performance of deployed solutions.

Required Qualifications/Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • 6+ years of experience in full stack development with expertise in AEM Front End Development.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite products including Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Launch. Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda and other AWS services. AWS Certified Developer or Solutions Architect certification preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) including template development, component creation, and AEM architecture.
  • Experience implementing and optimizing personalized experiences using Adobe Target.
  • Proficient in creating and managing tags, triggers, and rules in Adobe Launch.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, and IAM.
  • Strong understanding of web development technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks/libraries such as React or Angular.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), build tools (e.g., Jenkins Cloud bees) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
  • Hands-on experience in optimizing page speed of B2C websites.
  • Knowledge of optimization tools such as Google PageSpeed, Akamai CDN, DataDog is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, solve them quickly and well, and know when to rely on internal resources to assist.
  • Familiarity with mobile app development concepts and frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter, Swift, Kotlin).
  • Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices on topics such as personalization, cross-channel marketing, mobile, data-driven optimization of experiences.
