Role Overview
As a top HubSpot Elite partner agency, Lynton works with some of the best and brightest organizations looking to support their marketing, website and technology goals. This mid level role is specifically for a Marketing Specialist, looking to grow their creative and strategy skills by managing and overseeing Lynton's paid media accounts, owning the recommendations and results of their assigned clients and building awesome assets by supporting HubSpot implementations needs. As part of Lynton's Agency Services team, you will be partnered with an Account Manager to serve as one of the faces and personalities of our company. As a Marketing Specialist, you will bring value to our clients by driving optimized best practices and strategic solutions in all areas of marketing, web, paid media and HubSpot to help our clients meet their goals.
This role is for a real people-person who loves to think outside the box, get creative and solve business challenges. Some of your time will be spent client-facing (attending meetings, leading discovery calls, etc.,.), while the rest will be internal collaboration, creating paid media campaigns, and owning data driven strategy. This candidate will demonstrate strong collaboration skills when working with a team and should be ready to take the initiative on their assigned responsibilities. Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the driver of strategy and executor of initiatives for accounts to drive more valued based partnerships and meet goals.
  • Monitor and manage the plan of action and implementation of Lynton's suite of paid media (Google, LinkedIn, etc.,.) clients.
  • As needed, support Account Managers in the creation, recommendation and delivery of strategic roadmaps and associated assets to address marketing, web, technology and/or HubSpot needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional agency teams to quantify and complete the delivery of recommended solutions.
  • Analyze client data and metrics to measure initiative effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Continually expand your HubSpot expertise to produce best practice recommendations and complete strategic trainings to support engagements.
  • Support internal marketing initiatives (lite strategy creation and implementation) that help add to Lynton's demand generation pipeline.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or proven equivalent industry experience
  • Passion for marketing, websites and technology
  • Professional client-facing experience
  • Hands-on HubSpot experience (Marketing required, CMS/Content/Ops/Sales/Service are a bonus)
  • Experience creating and delivering client strategies, with a proven track record of meeting client goals and metrics
  • Collaborative team mindset and willingness to learn and grow
  • Agency experience is a plus
  • History of working remotely is a plus
