Integrated Resources is seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Activation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Experiential Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Activation Management:
    • Plan and execute experiential activations according to established budget and timelines.
    • Develop and distribute pre-event materials such as flyers, signage, and location maps.
    • Secure and manage vendors to ensure smooth event execution.
    • Assist with on-site logistics, setup/breakdown, and quality control to ensure seamless event flow.
    • Collect and report data on event performance, including registrations, leads, and social media engagement.
  • Content Creation & Communication:
    • Gather and update data from various sources.
    • Maintain the Experiential Calendar for assigned regions.
    • Create visually appealing marketing materials such as event previews, flyers, and presentations.
    • Draft monthly highlights reports for internal stakeholders.
    • Prepare quarterly recaps with photos, social media mentions, and key engagement metrics.
    • Facilitate effective communication with the Field Team and sports partners.
  • Project Management & Collaboration:
    • Assist in large-scale planning for PSN activations and community events.
    • Update partner benefit trackers and asset catalogs.
    • Manage storage unit inventory and logistics.
    • Schedule and facilitate team meetings to foster collaboration across departments.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.

Requirements:

  • A strong interest in marketing, business, or communications.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Availability to commit to a set schedule for the duration of the internship.
  • Creativity and proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva is a plus.
  • Enthusiasm for sports and an interest in learning about sponsorship strategies.

Experience:

  • 0-2 years related work experience or equivalent combination of transferable experience and education.
  • Integrated marketing strategy, planning, and tactical experience.

Education:

  • Brand, marketing, communications, or a related field - Related Bachelor's degree or additional related equivalent work experience.

Qualifications/Certificates:

  • Will be responsible for coordinating large-scale events.
  • Working with the Experiential Marketing team and supporting the Sr. Specialist in their assigned regions.
  • Being on the phones, scheduling vendors for activations, being on-site for large-scale activations.
  • Experience using Canva to create marketing materials.
  • Creative mindset - experience coordinating logistics for large-scale events.
