THE ROLE

The Sr Associate, Partnership Development will play an integral role in all sales and client management activities related to Pittsburgh Airport. This position will report to the VP, Partnership Sales - Pittsburgh Airport.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Ability to resourcefully prospect by performing extensive company and executive research for strategic engagement.
  • Responsible for producing sponsorship category analyses work, brand/executive briefs, target lead lists and property/project weekly tracking reports.
  • Where needed, work alongside Legends Data & Analytics and CSL Valuation teams to gather key data, analytics, and insights to assist with sales outreach.
  • Monitor and share relevant market developments and news in the sports and entertainment industry.
  • Lead and manage the development of sponsorship sales proposals, presentations, and pitch coordination.
  • Manage strategic sales outreach campaigns and coordination with internal and third parties' vendors and logistics companies.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate meetings and other touchpoints throughout the sales process.
  • Plan, create, timeline manage and help execute partnership pitch presentations, proposals, mock-ups and deal points summaries for perspective corporate partners.
  • Network, create and foster relationships with agencies, vendors and sports and entertainment properties.
  • Participate in industry-related events or associations.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Partnerships experience (2-3 years) and preferred experience working in the sports and entertainment industry.

  • Strong prior experience in developing custom sales decks and sales materials.
  • Strong understanding of the partnership development process, including integrated platform development.
  • Expert time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines on numerous concurrent projects.
  • Excellent spelling, grammar, proofreading skills, and a strong ability to communicate ideas both orally and in writing. Proficient in all Microsoft Office products, KORE Software, and a myriad of third-party research.
