Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial real estate leasing and transactional activities.
  • Engage in real estate development, acquisitions, and dispositions.
  • Facilitate joint ventures and navigate zoning and land development approvals.
  • Conduct title and survey reviews.
  • Experience in renewable energy projects is a plus.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a J.D. from an accredited law school and must be admitted to practice in Pennsylvania. Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills are essential.

Compensation
