Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of short and mid-range merchandise strategies, including buy quantification and financial plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising, Marketing, Pricing, Allocations, and Location Planning, to achieve key financial objectives.
  • Provide critical administrative functions, including data analysis and reporting, to support business decision-making.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to inform tactical and strategic decisions, and provide recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Manage and analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or mathematics.
  • 3+ years of experience in a corporate retail environment, with a strong background in buying and planning.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
