Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop a comprehensive year-over-year strategic plan for the expansion and enhancement of our Fellowship Programs, aligning with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Program Management: Take ownership of our Fellowship Programs, overseeing operational management, structure, and ensuring adherence to program objectives and timelines.
  • Partnership Management: Manage and develop the Hiring our Heroes partnership, fostering a collaborative relationship and ensuring mutual success in program outcomes.
  • Candidate Matching: Screen, match, and place Fellows with appropriate hosting managers within the organization, ensuring alignment with skill sets and career goals.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and leaders to cultivate future hosting manager roles and ensure ongoing program support.
  • Life Cycle Support: Provide full life cycle support to Fellows, including building FieldGlass profiles, conducting 1:1 calls, facilitating alignment with Talent Development (TD) for future roles, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their journey.
  • Expense Management: Forecast, manage, and track expenses related to Fellowship Programs, ensuring fiscal responsibility and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  • Data Management: Document all Fellowship and Hosting Manager data accurately and comprehensively, maintaining a repository of program metrics, outcomes, and participant feedback.
