Accountable: You'll be accountable for the deadlines and tasks associated with each trade show, conference, or event.

What you will do in an Event Marketing Specialist role at Kyruus Health:

  • You'll bring excitement, creativity and curiosity to the Event Marketing team.
  • You'll be responsible for coordinating trade show & event logistics, including but not limited to vendor management, budget tracking, project plan and timeline preparation and on-site staff coordination.
  • You'll work cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales teams to create holistic event plans, including pre-event marketing meetings, kick-off calls and post show recaps.
  • You'll source vendors & venues with guidance from the team.
  • You'll organize, order and ship marketing materials for the event.
  • You'll learn and leverage event marketing software including RSVPify, iCapture, Asana, Hubspot etc. to track event attendance, ROI, and projects.
  • You'll travel 30-35% to trade shows and events.
  • You'll report to the Director, Trade Shows and Events within the Marketing Department.

What you will bring:

  • 2-5 years event planning experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • A problem solving, can-do mindset
  • Passion for events and the impact they can make on sales and brand awareness
  • Ability to execute logistical elements of events, and effectively manage event timelines
