As a Vice President, Sales with the CPS Therigy team, you will perform business development (sales) activities for assigned area or division the west region to include but not limited to prospecting for new business, developing strategic relationships with C-Suite leaders, collaborating with operations peers on prospect assessments, building and presenting value added proposals and drive new contract growth. CPS Therigy is the trusted source for innovative, best-in-class software and expert consulting services to the specialty pharmaceutical market. Clients leverage CPS Therigy's solutions, data, and insights to achieve clinical and economic success by aligning strategy, technology, and people. This position reports to the Senior Vice President, Sales.

The base salary is $95k-$105k plus Commission on Individual Sales.

Primary Responsibilities include:

Develops, implements, and executes strategic sales and marketing plans and programs, both short and long range to meet assigned sales target and accommodate corporate sales and marketing goals.Researches, analyzes, and monitors financial and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities. Oversees development and maintenance of database of potential customers.Monitors competitors' activities and marketing activities. Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs.Performs channel development activities and executes sales strategies through meeting sales quotas and goals.Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image through all activities. Serves as liaison with outside agencies on ongoing promotional campaigns.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (B.A., B.S.) or equivalent; Pharmacy degree preferred; Three or more years related high-level sales experience to senior level hospital, or company officials of complex products and services preferred. Familiar with health system, specialty and retail pharmacy operations a plus.Proficient skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Teams, SalesForce) to communicate, develop presentations and perform analysis.Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with internal and client-level personnel.Ability to meet company standards for a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) background check. Residence in the west region of the U.S. near a major airportAble to travel approximately 50% of the time away from home location.Ability to travel by air or carAbility to meet company standards for a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) background check.
