The Partner Success Manager will build strong relationships with our partners by ensuring they have an incredible experience as they move their projects from sale to final funding. Partner experience managers do this by closely monitoring partner performance and proactively identifying opportunities to deliver more value to our partner accounts. This is an individual contributor position.

Responsibilities

Lead Partners to Success with Sungage

  • Work closely with the installation partner and Sungage sales team to increase adoption, retention and revenue expansion within Sungage's partner network
  • Strive to craft memorable, positive customer experiences for partners and partner sales representatives
  • Assist with onboarding new partners and conduct proactive outreach calls for contacts at strategic accounts
  • Establish yourself as an "expert on the line" available to guide partners through every step of the Sungage process

Ensure Smooth Partner Transactions

  • Oversee project pipelines for large partners, informing key contacts of trends and deadlines
  • Help partners follow consumer protection guidelines and problem-solve challenging project situations to the best possible resolution
  • Coach partners to be process and platform experts and train their teams on best practices so they become increasingly self-sufficient
  • Monitor the performance and health of partner accounts and work to continuously improve operational effectiveness
  • Support our partners though proactive loan application management to ensure partner retention rates

Serve as an Internal Advocate for Our Partners

  • Gather, assess and synthesize feedback for the Product team
  • Develop expertise of state markets and work closely with colleagues to innovate region-specific improvements
  • Work and collaborate with our Solar Finance Specialist team to deliver an exceptional customer experience

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in fast-paced account management or customer success role with increasing responsibility
  • Outstanding Customer Service skills – a passion for helping our partners succeed
  • Great consultative skills, ability to effectively work collaboratively and provide recommendations
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to provide an amazing partner experience
  • Strong communication skills and experience building strong internal and external relationships.
  • Track record of delivering a high level of service in a dynamic environment.
  • Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues.
  • Passion for developing (and maintaining) deep solar and fintech sector knowledge
  • Experience with a solar contractor, solar sales or finance preferred
  • Occasional after-hours and Saturday support required
  • COVID 19 Vaccinated
