Your Job Opportunity:

EVPassport is seeking an experienced and strategic Channel Partner Manager based in Boston to join our Sales team. As a Channel Partner Manager, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding relationships with our channel partners including Resellers (VARs) that sell EV charging solutions, regional and national Distributors that provide a diverse range of products essential for Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) projects, Installation partners, Automotive Dealerships, and Referral Partners.

You will report directly to the VP, Channel Partnerships & Alliances and work closely with the entire Sales org (Sales leadership, Account Executives, and Sales Directors) to promote and achieve our revenue goals through indirect Sales channels. Our ideal candidate has strong, established relationships with relevant channel partners in the EV industry / landscape, and the proven ability to drive revenue growth via channel partner relationships.

You Will:

  • Help run a comprehensive channel partner strategy to drive revenue growth
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand our market reach
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing channel partners to maximize their performance and commitment
  • Provide support and resources to channel partners to ensure their success in representing EVPassport
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to align on goals and strategies, and to support joint selling efforts
  • Work closely with Marketing to create and deliver co-marketing programs and campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze channel partner performance, providing regular reports and insights to the leadership team
  • Negotiate and manage channel partner agreements and contracts

You Have:

  • An established network of contacts within EVPassport's channel partner ecosystem, including Resellers (VARs) that sell EV charging solutions, regional and national Distributors that provide a diverse range of products essential for Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) projects, Installation partners, Automotive Dealerships, and/or Referral Partners
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A highly organized approach and a deep understanding of how to drive revenue growth through various channel partners
  • Demonstrated experience working with Account Executives and Sales Directors to educate them on the value of channel partners and how to successfully leverage them
  • The ability to develop and execute strategic channel partner plans, in collaboration with the VP of Channel Partnerships & Alliances and the Director of Channel Partner Development
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and sales analytics
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
