As a Management Analyst, you will:
Serve as a point of contact for Departmental and organizational strategic planning, strategic alignment and reporting requirements.
Serve as a point of contact for financial and budget requirements. Also reviews and/or approves financial transactions formally committing funding in Departmental accounting system.
Serve as a point of contact for procurement activities supporting contracts and intra-agency agreements (IAAs).
Serve as a Contract Officer's Representative (COR) on contracts supporting the organizations activities and projects.
Serve as a point of contact for human resource talent management and security credentialing activities.

Serve as a space/facilities and records management point of contact and is knowledgeable of the associated guidance supporting each initiative.

Seeking a motivated, self-reliant, organized, task and goal-oriented candidate to serve as a Management Analyst.

The ideal candidate has a proven customer service track record and is exceptional at coordinating initiatives, completing tasks, and supporting leadership in accomplishing formal organizational strategic planning, procurement, human resources, budget/finance, records management and space management goals.

The candidate has worked as, or provided direct support to, a designated contracting officer representative (COR) and understands how to observe vendors providing services to the Federal Government through contract.

The candidate possesses strong communication skills and is adept at establishing and maintaining partnerships with internal and external contracts.
