Job Summary

The People & Culture Specialist partners strategically with team members and provides essential people & culture services, including benefits, employee relations, team member onboarding, and orientation

Duties-Responsibilities

Duties will include but are not limited to:

Team member recruitment and onboarding support
Benefits support; enrollments, changes, and terminations
Leaves of absence support; FMLA, LOA, ADA
Support P&C with team member changes, filing, and other related duties
Assist with implementation of P&C policies and procedures
Team member relations support; set appointments and conduct investigations
Remain up to date on federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance
Perform frequent audits on personnel files - Tracking employment documents, policies adnd procedures and related personnel documents
Support People & Culture with reports and research
Perform other job functions as requested or assigned

Work Experience & Knowledge-Education Background
3 year/s experience human resources experience required
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
HRIS experience
License-Certificates:
