We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team at Silver State Schools Credit Union. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the administration of the Credit Union's Human Resources function, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to achieve our goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage the HRIS system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records and payroll processing.
- Provide exceptional service to employees and managers, addressing work-related problems and concerns.
- Stay up-to-date with legislation and current HR trends, ensuring compliance and best practices.
- Collaborate with the HR Generalist and AVP of Human Resources on various projects and initiatives.
- High school diploma required (AA degree in Business preferred) plus three years related experience and/or training in a HR environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll processing.
