Key Responsibilities

  • Stay up-to-date with legislation and current HR trends, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the HR Generalist and AVP of Human Resources on various projects and initiatives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required (AA degree in Business preferred) plus three years related experience and/or training in a HR environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll processing.
