Job Overview:

The Performance and Data Reconciliation (PDR) Associate Analyst is responsible for providing resolutions to all questions or requests related to all LPL Client Reporting Applications and/or software. PDR serves as a dedicated liaison for advanced Client Reporting escalations and strives to provide an unparalleled service experience to ensure all Client Reporting needs are exceeded. This role requires a strong customer focus in order provide top tier service experience.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Collaborating with team members on multiple and possibly overlapping client requests.
  • Supporting clients by fielding escalations and providing performance related explanations.
  • Transaction accounting to analyze firm wide investment activity.
  • Reviewing and validating performance figures and resolving any resulting discrepancies.
  • Collaborating effectively and efficiently with other business units to correct recurring issues.
  • Identifying reporting defects.
  • Documenting data quality issues, performance measures, and quality improvements.
  • Implementing solutions with management direction.
  • Overseeing existing processes and mitigating risk against future firm impact.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Minimum of two years in financial services with client facing or operations experience (comparable experience may be considered)
  • SIE preferred
  • Series 99 preferred

Core Competencies:

  • Capable of performing under pressure and adapt to changes in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Must have excellent verbal, listening, and written skills
  • Working knowledge of SQL Studio and willingness to learn
  • Strong understanding of managing investment performance data
  • Understanding of time-weighted and money-weighted performance calculations
  • Knowledgeable in portfolio and investment sleeve transaction accounting and reconciliation
  • Ability to interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports

Pay Range:

$20.23-$33.71/hourActual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
