Overview: We are in search of a dedicated and proficient Business Process Analyst to enhance our team. The successful applicant will possess a robust technical foundation, exceptional analytical skills, and the capacity to collaborate effectively in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage with stakeholders to collect and assess intricate business requirements and regulations.

2. Employ Postman for testing application programming interfaces (APIs).

3. Execute queries on MongoDB databases to retrieve and evaluate data.

4. Develop comprehensive mockups and wireframes to convey design ideas.

5. Evaluate complex workflows and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.

6. Review and implement automation tests, partnering with quality assurance engineers to ensure excellence.

7. Craft clear, detailed, and precise user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.

8. Inquire and seek clarifications to fully grasp complex business regulations and processes.

9. Monitor and assess system performance by analyzing logs using tools such as Mezmo, Dynatrace, ADO, and Lens.

10. Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

2. Demonstrated experience as a Business Process Analyst or in a comparable role.

3. Proficiency in Postman and MongoDB.

4. Experience in creating mockups and evaluating complex workflows.

5. Familiarity with automation tools and frameworks, with the capability to review and execute tests.

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce detailed user stories and documentation.

7. Strong multitasking capabilities and the ability to manage various projects.

8. Experience with system monitoring tools such as Mezmo, Dynatrace, ADO, and Lens.

9. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

10. Capacity to comprehend, inquire, clarify, and document intricate business regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience within the airline sector.
