Senior Director Account Management

LetsGetChecked seeks an experienced Senior Director to lead our Employer Accounts account management team. They will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our Employer clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, successful LetsGetChecked solutions. The ideal candidate will excel in building client relationships, identifying program success metrics, and achieving program and expansion goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, a deep understanding of the healthcare and wellness landscape, and a proven track record of success in managing large, complex accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Strategy:

  • Lead and manage the Employer Accounts team, providing direction, mentorship, and support to ensure team success.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow employer accounts, increase engagement, and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align account management strategies with company goals and objectives.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key employer clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Understand client needs and challenges, and provide tailored solutions that drive value and satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, address concerns, and identify opportunities for growth.

Service Delivery and Operations:

  • Oversee the implementation and delivery of LetsGetChecked solutions for employer clients, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, product, operations) to coordinate and optimize service delivery.
  • Monitor and report on account performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve service quality and client outcomes.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services within existing accounts and secure new employer clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals, presentations, and contracts that meet client needs and drive business growth.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Team Development:

  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing account management team.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Set performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in account management or business development, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven track record of managing large, complex employer accounts and delivering exceptional client service.
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare and wellness industry, including knowledge of health benefits, telehealth, and health testing.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
