We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to handle various tasks and projects related to interview scheduling and candidate experience. This role will primarily support our Industry (Experienced) recruiting team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Recruiters, Coordinators, EAs, and Hiring Managers to provide an outstanding candidate experience
  • Serve as point of contact for candidates; own candidate interview logistics and candidate travel
  • Handle candidate statuses in the applicant tracking system with timeliness and high precision
  • Uphold and share the Duolingo culture and brand throughout the entire interview process
  • Be the ambassador for crafting memorable candidate experiences
  • Support the TA Operations team with different projects and initiatives
  • Conduct reference checks and create offer letters
  • Support other TACs to ensure candidates are scheduled quickly and accurately

We are Looking for:

  • A bachelor degree
  • 1+ years of high-volume recruitment coordination experience
  • An understanding of the recruiting life cycle and experience scheduling different types of interviews within SLAs
  • High sense of accountability and responsibility
  • Stellar attention to detail, time management, and organization skills
  • Proficiency in G-Suite, applicant tracking systems, video conferencing technologies, calendar management
  • Experience using tools like DocuSign, AirTable, Slack, Greenhouse, Prelude, GoodTime, and Gem

Schedule Requirements:

  • Ability to work Monday-Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST
