Marketing Manager

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to help execute our marketing strategy. Reporting directly to the Head of Growth, you will be responsible for leading lead generation, content marketing, and product marketing efforts. This role will also involve partnering with the Product team on product marketing initiatives.
Marketing Strategy Development: Craft and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that positions our products effectively in the market and drives brand awareness.
Lead Generation: Implement innovative marketing tactics aimed at generating leads, utilizing digital campaigns, webinars, events, and inbound marketing efforts to attract and convert prospects.
Content Marketing: Oversee the creation of engaging content that supports marketing and sales objectives, ensuring it is optimized for SEO and aligned with our brand's voice and goals. Manage all content marketing operations, from blog posts and whitepapers to social media and video content.
Product Marketing: Work closely with the Product team to develop marketing strategies for new and existing products, ensuring that messaging communicates the features and benefits effectively to the target audience. Participate in product strategy meetings to bring marketing insights to product planning and launch processes.
Analytics and Reporting: Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data analytics to adjust strategies as needed and improve the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Market Research: Conduct and analyze market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitive insights, and customer needs, leveraging this information to steer marketing and product strategies.
Collaboration with Sales and Solutions Engineering: Ensure that marketing strategies and activities are in sync with sales goals and technical advancements, facilitating a unified approach to market engagement and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5-7 years of marketing experience, ideally in a B2B technology or AI-focused company, with a proven track record of crafting and leading strategic marketing initiatives.
Expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, and content marketing, with strong skills in SEO, SEM, and social media.
Demonstrated ability to work closely with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing campaigns and adapt strategies based on data.
Excellent communication and project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software to streamline operations and increase marketing effectiveness.
