Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and secure business opportunities through effective networking and negotiation.
  • Execute outbound sales strategies to engage with potential e-commerce clients, focusing on mid-market and enterprise-level sellers.
  • Promote and sell our enterprise multichannel e-commerce software to qualified prospects, emphasizing the value proposition.
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with clients by offering informative insights and solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Establish partnerships with related industry entities and leverage referrals for business growth.
  • Manage sales metrics including pipeline coverage, quota fulfillment, and win/loss ratios.
  • Represent the company at industry events and engage in direct customer interactions both domestically and internationally.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications using our CRM system.
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, while contributing to the enhancement of our sales playbook.
  • Conduct product demonstrations for potential customers with the support of the team.
Qualifications

Key requirements include:
  • Proven expertise in networking, detail orientation, and sales performance, particularly within the enterprise segment.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce operations, preferably with experience in major online marketplaces.
  • A proactive and ethical approach to sales, with a focus on sustainable business growth.
  • Familiarity with the automotive and motorsports industry is advantageous.
  • Understanding of e-commerce technologies and challenges faced by mid-market and enterprise companies.
  • Ability to address objections and deliver effective solutions for manufacturers transitioning to direct-to-consumer sales.
  • Team player with a creative outlook and strong communication skills.
  • Prior exposure to B2B SaaS sales is beneficial, while academic qualifications are secondary to practical abilities.
  • Willingness to engage in occasional travel as needed.
  • A balance of dedication to work alongside a zest for life is appreciated in candidates.
