This position is being filled under Direct Hire Authority (DHA) in accordance with Section 1109 of FY 2020 NDAA; P.L and Section 9905 of Title 5, U.S.C.

Incumbents typical work assignments may include the following:

Serves as a Budget Analyst for DOT&E and is responsible for the planning, programming, budgeting, and execution system and the Financial Improvement & Audit Readiness (FIAR) initiative.

Evaluates highly sensitive and classified programs such as cyber, hypersonic, directed energy, electromagnetic spectrum, and autonomous/artificial intelligence programs.

Advises the Deputy Director, Resources on fiscal matters, conducts reviews, special analyses, studies, and examinations of OSD and OT&E financial management requirements.

Monitors and controls obligations and commitment of funds for program purposes.
