In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Manage complete lifecycle for accounting for income taxes on a worldwide basis, including annual, quarterly, and forecasted tax rate computations, completing return to provision analysis and reconciliation of balance sheet tax accounts.
  • Improve your global tax and accounting expertise with opportunities for growth, learning, and mentorship guided by seasoned tax director and senior manager.
  • Supervise [CS1] , develop and educate employees and/or service providers.
  • Coordinate quarterly review and analysis of uncertain tax positions with world area tax leaders.
  • Determine tax accounting implications for acquisitions and coordinate the integration and education of entity personnel into the Company's tax accounting policies and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and improvements in tax processes.
  • Provide assistance to, and participation in, tax planning initiatives, including determining tax accounting implications of transactions.
  • Perform on-site review of non-US subsidiaries' tax accounts.
  • Assist global finance personnel with tax related issues and educate individuals in ASC 740, OneSource Tax Provision, and internal control procedures for tax.
  • Oversight and preparation of internal control documentation and maintain controls related to the Company's global tax accounts.
  • Assist in preparation of the Company's federal income tax return.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis of tax issues to support management inquiries, as requested.
  • Special projects as assigned.
  • Required travel (domestic and international) of approximately 5%.

  • Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Tax or Finance
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States - sponsorship will not be provided for this role.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Masters in Tax
  • Certified Public Accountant
  • Minimum of 4+ years with public accounting and/or general corporate tax experience.
  • Broad knowledge of ASC 740 and federal tax law to ensure consistent application of corporate tax policies and procedures and compliance with all applicable tax laws.
  • Knowledge of OneSource Tax Provision.

Flexible Work Schedule - Remote Work Option:

This role has the flexibility of a remote work option up to three days a week. Our teams work together to ensure our chosen work schedules enable our creativity and efficiency as we serve the needs of our customers.
