Position Details:

The Government Program Manager (GPM) will report to Sales Operations Government Director and will work in collaboration with the aligned GSA NGSM to support the GSA Requisition Channel Program. The GPM is responsible for program strategy execution of multiple product a portfolio with a focus on driver activities that have the highest impact on growing revenue profitably. You will also be responsible for contractual and targeted service level requirements ensuring compliance offered on the BPA.

Compensation Data:

This position is salaried and will pay between $72,500 to $120,800 (plus potential to earn additional incentives)

You Will:

  • Manage product portfolio ensuring compliance of items offered on BPA, keeping track of any updates.
  • Manage appropriate investments of time and resources.
  • Use partners both internal and external.
  • Achieve the profitability improvement target established for the GSA MRO Requisition Channel contract.
  • Review financials with supporting resources to help identify contributing trends.
  • Review and adjust our investments to align with Return on investment.
  • Track Results (recording orders placed, revenue generated) to measure the value provided.
  • Oversee growth across all customers through communication, collaboration and execution.
  • Consolidation of business through contract usage, both direct business and resellers
  • Facilitate supply chain logistics conversations based on buying trends.

You Have:

  • Undergraduate Degree.
  • 3+ years Sales Performance selling a structured value proposition.
  • High proficiency in the use of web/phone-based tools and phone for virtual selling/customer meetings.
