About the Role:

The Regional Account Representative for our Cable Services team will conduct route sales in a designated territory, call on identified customers within the territory, and develop relationships that leverage the opportunity to sell the company repair services. Such activities may include the following as well as other duties as assigned. This role requires that the candidate is located in or near Kentucky and is ideally located within a 100-mile radius of Zip Code 42642.

What You'll Do:

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Is the front line contact with existing and new customers providing information regarding repair services scope and capabilities
  • Provides on-site service pickup of equipment for repair and delivers exceptional customer service, develops positive customer relationships and uses knowledge of the customer's operation to leverages sales growth opportunities within those customers
  • Leverages current customer relationships to drive positive referrals for new accounts identification and entry opportunity for sales engagement
  • Responds to requests for information for price, quotes and process order requests to capture additional sales
  • Follows-up leads for additional business opportunities that add additional value
  • Manages the order process as needed to provide a positive customer experience
  • Expedites communications of issues and resolution activities to reinforce the business service value to the customer
  • Participates in cross-functional teams and /or meetings of subject matter experts for both expanded technical knowledge and sales opportunities as they occur
  • Participates in the development of process improvements and maintains vigilance for best practice and process re-design
  • Facilitates shipment of equipment to repair centers

  • Errors may be difficult to detect and remedy and will likely result in loss of customer business, materials, money and/or time.

Education and Certification(s):

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Distinguishing Characteristics:

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record is required
  • Able to Transport 75lbs
