Job Title: Guest Service Manager

Job Overview:

Duties:

- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Utilize phone etiquette and proficiently operate phone systems

Experience:
- Prior experience in guest relations, hospitality, or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of front desk operations and hotel procedures is advantageous
