Position Summary
As a Guest Services Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our esteemed guests. Your primary responsibilities will include welcoming and guiding guests to their accommodations, ensuring a seamless arrival experience. You will assist guests with inquiries regarding hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and escort guests to their rooms, providing a warm and friendly welcome.
2. Open doors and assist guests with entering and exiting the property.
3. Communicate information about hotel features and local points of interest.
4. Handle guest luggage with care, transporting it to and from rooms as needed.
5. Provide assistance with luggage storage and retrieval.
6. Offer transportation arrangements, including taxis and shuttles, ensuring guests' needs are met.
7. Maintain a professional appearance and uphold company standards.
Preferred Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: No prior experience required.
Skills: Strong communication skills and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
Compensation: The pay rate for this position is competitive and includes the potential for tips. Additional benefits include health care coverage, paid time off, and other wellness programs.
