About the Job
Join us at Lyra Health as a Product Marketing Specialist and be at the forefront of transforming mental health care. As part of our Corporate & Product Marketing team, you'll use your B2B storytelling & content marketing skills to make a difference.
In this role, you'll collaborate across sales, growth marketing and channel teams to build the Lyra story for multiple segments including employers, health plans and industry verticals. While your focus will be tailoring content and tools to meet the specific needs of our buyers, you'll also support competitive intelligence and research projects to further inform our go-to-market strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communications or marketing, experience in healthcare, and a strong bias for action.
Responsibilities:
- Content development: Produce and maintain a library of high-quality, full-funnel B2B sales & marketing content, including product collateral, sales presentations, digital articles, webinars, research reports and blogs.
- Deal support: Partner with the sales team to develop custom pitches and content packages to nurture, accelerate and close deals.
- Segment marketing: Tailor sales and marketing content to uniquely engage industry, global and other specialty segment buyers.
- Competitive intelligence and research: Partner with our Market intelligence team to maintain, package and share the latest competitive & market insights with key stakeholders across Lyra.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in communications or marketing, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Strong B2B writing and powerpoint design background (Google slides ideal)
- Demonstrated ability to partner cross functionally with subject matter experts to inform content development work.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Curiosity & ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
