Position Overview:

We are looking for a Partner Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, signing, and managing key technology partners to drive growth and revenue. This role involves building strong relationships and maximizing opportunities within the integrated payment solutions industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identifying and attracting potential technology partners to enhance the company's payment offerings
  • Developing strategic plans for targeting specific industries and channels
  • Participating in industry events and meetings to drive demand and build partnerships
  • Managing the partner lifecycle from initial contact to agreement execution
  • Collaborating with internal teams for successful onboarding and integration
  • Supporting partners with marketing materials and training resources
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in integrated payments or related sales
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop engagement strategies for partners
