Business Expertise and Knowledge:

Reporting to the Conduent Manager supporting our Lockbox Implementation service, the Business Analyst will be responsible for:

Provision of direct client support for Lockbox services. Responsibilities include provide operational analysis in support of Lockbox including responsibility for the setup and maintenance of accounts. Ensure all processes are efficient and meet client's needs. Ensure all clients are satisfied with performance.

  • Ensure the documentation and set-up of lockbox profiles to meet client requirements.
  • Attend client meetings to define the services necessary to provide customer service excellence.
  • Analyze and provide feedback on requirements provided by client banks.
  • Coordinate the operational aspects for implementations.
  • Be a subject matter expert in our lockbox operations and systems.
  • Develop detailed account documentation and provide guidance on new accounts and changes.
  • Coordinate with outside groups including IT Services to ensure all issues are addressed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Hybrid location: Work remote most of the time, but must be able to work on-site in Chicago, IL, a couple days every of couple of weeks, as needed.
  • 2+ years progressively related experience in operations environment.
  • Understanding of client/customer interactions and how they impact business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office to include Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Must be able to work independently to achieve goals.
  • Ability to interface with multiple levels of leadership.
