Job Summary

This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled Business System Analyst to join a Private Company as an ERP Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the corporate-wide ERP system, providing technical support, resolving issues, and leading software improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • **Process Analysis and Documentation**: Analyze and document organizational processes and procedures to ensure seamless system integration.
  • **ERP Implementation and Support**: Assist with ERP implementation at additional sites as needed, and provide technical support to resolve issues and improve system performance.
  • **Documentation and Training**: Create and maintain process maps and documentation for reference and training purposes, and produce documentation, charts, SOPs, and other visual aids to support system transitions.
  • **User Management and Permissions**: Manage user permissions and form access within the ERP system to ensure secure and efficient system use.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, CIS, or a computer-related field, or equivalent.
  • **Experience**: Experience in supporting an ERP system, preferably Syteline or other Infor products, is highly desirable.
  • **Technical Skills**: Strong technical record-keeping abilities, proficiency in creating reports, business intelligence tools, internal dashboards, and SQL, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • **Soft Skills**: Ability to think strategically, focus on details, prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic environment, and work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
