**Job Summary:**

Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Systems Analyst to support our financial operations. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in analyzing and optimizing our financial systems, generating insightful reports, and collaborating on the implementation of new financial technologies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Analyze and troubleshoot issues within our financial systems, including Aderant Expert, Aderant BillBlast, and Intapp.
* Write and execute SQL queries to extract and manipulate financial data from Aderant Expert.
* Design and develop reports and dashboards using the financial dashboard system.
* Interface with various financial applications to ensure data integrity and consistency.
* Assist with the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the new financial dashboard system.
* Perform data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for financial improvement.
* Reconcile financial accounts and ensure data accuracy.
* Generate and maintain financial reports as needed.
* Support the Senior Financial Systems Analyst with various financial system tasks.
* Document financial processes and procedures.
* Stay current with industry best practices and new financial technologies.
* Maintain a strong understanding of financial accounting principles.
* Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Collaborate with internal departments, such as accounting and IT, to ensure seamless financial operations.

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role.
* Proven experience working with financial systems, such as Aderant or similar software.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation techniques.
* Working knowledge of financial accounting principles.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to travel to the Firm's other offices.
