Role Overview - This role serves as the primary contact for clients submitting implementation requests through email for high-value accounts. The specialist will manage the complete processing of less complex implementations while collaborating with other departments as necessary. The position may involve working alongside internal teams to ensure the effective delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities - Oversee a dedicated email inbox, prioritize client requests, and implement eligible items; Create a tracking case/package for monitoring and resolution as needed; Receive and address implementation inquiries from clients and internal partners; Conduct preliminary research to respond to client questions; Utilize various banking systems to assist with client requests.
