Windstream Enterprise has an immediate need for a Customer Development Manager II interested in working alongside fellow WE employees in building a foundation for our customers' success. We do this by acting as Pathfinders, pursuing a daily dedication to the following behaviors:

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Windstream Enterprise Customer Development Manager II, you will:

  • Proactively reach out to a base of established Windstream Enterprise clients to build and maintain relationships while enhancing our customer's businesses with our cutting-edge technology solutions.
  • Develop and foster relationships with decision makers and/or IT vendors with the goal of becoming the go-to resource for communications solutions.
  • Work with Sales partner to upsell communication solutions to decision makers within a designated customer base.
  • Leverage your expertise in a consultative sales approach as you design a customized communication solution for your clients.
  • Develop proposals and negotiate pricing within company margins.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline to meet or exceed monthly renewal and conversion goals and initiatives.
  • Adhere to quality standards, including efficiency, customer feedback, and knowledge-based metrics.
  • Record all activities, transactions, and communications with customers.
  • Understand the latest products, processes, and promotions to provide the right solution to our clients.
  • Make outbound calls to identify and engage decision-makers and close sales.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Sales Support teams to determine appropriate solutions to meet client needs.
  • Close sales and track orders through to service delivery to provide a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Participate in Windstream Enterprise culture to build a positive, motivated, sales team

College degree or equivalent and 4-6 years professional level job related experience (inside or direct sales experience); or 8+ years professional level equivalent related experience; or a combination of education and related professional level experience required.
