Job Title: Clinical Research Coordinator

Job Description

As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing various aspects of clinical research projects. You will proactively identify areas for study team improvement and implement solutions to enhance study execution. You will provide training and supervision to research assistants and student interns, manage study coordination, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will also include leading study start-up activities, developing standard operating procedures, and maintaining accurate study documentation. You will be the primary point of contact for tracking participants through the study and ensuring the successful completion of all study-related tasks.

  • Specialized knowledge in clinical research principles
  • Ability to plan and design methodologies for monitoring data collection
  • Ability to take a leadership role in implementing changes in design of clinical research management
  • Ability to problem solve and resolve quality control issues
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and scheduling tools

Job Type

This is a extendable/convertible contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Chapel Hill, North Carolina and some days remote.
